GhostRunner tracks your route while a virtual ghost follows the same trail behind you. Choose the ghost’s speed, set a head start by time or distance, and try to stay ahead. Slow down and the ghost may catch up. Speed up and you can escape again.

GhostRunner can continue tracking an active chase while running in the background. An optional battery-saving mode reduces background GPS activity, making it more suitable for longer runs, walks, or hikes.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
No account is required. GhostRunner has no advertising or analytics. Your active GPS route is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded or saved as running history.

GhostRunner is intended as a motivational fitness and entertainment experience—not as medical advice or an emergency service. Stay aware of traffic, terrain, weather, other people, and your physical limits. Stop immediately if you feel unwell or unsafe. Do not let the chase distract you from your surroundings.

Precise location permission is required for route tracking. Background tracking is only active during a chase started by the user.
