The FixPhone app gives you access to everything you usually have to remember yourself.

If you have had your phone, tablet or computer repaired at FixPhone, your receipts are ready in the app. You log in with your phone number — the same number you provided in the store — and there they are.

Your receipts
All your repairs in one place. You can always find the order number, date and which device it was, and you can open the receipt itself directly in the app. No more crumpled receipts in your wallet.

Your discount
If you have a personal discount with us, you can see it in the app and use it the next time you come by.

Offers
We add current offers as they come in. You can turn on notifications so you are notified when there is something worth knowing.

Order a repair
Select your device in the app, and the button will take you directly to the correct repair page on fixphone.dk. No searching, no wrong models.

Your account
You decide for yourself about your information. You can change your password, subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter, and delete your account entirely from within the app at any time.
