Ejendomsdrift for udlejere

Property management gives private landlords an overview of rent, housing and everyday tasks. See what requires action, follow up on arrears, and have information about your tenancies with you.

RENT AND ARREGERS
See the month's rent, register payments, and follow up on missing payments. Amounts and deadlines are collected at the relevant tenancy.

HOUSING AND RENTAL OBJECTS
Find homes, tenants, rent and deposit. See documents and information for each tenancy.

CASES AND MOVE-IN INSPECTIONS
Create and follow maintenance cases with pictures and next steps. Perform move-in inspections room by room, and collect observations and photos at the home.

TENANT ACCESS
Invite the tenant to their own tenant portal. The tenant can view their tenancy and documents and report errors to the landlord. Craftsmen can see the tasks they have been given access to.

DANISH EVERYDAY
The app is in Danish and has light and dark views, app lock and switching between saved accounts. In version 1.1 you can create an account and choose your role directly in the app.

The app requires an Ejendomsdrift account. Some landlord features and access to multiple homes require a paid subscription. Tenant access depends on the invitation from the landlord. The screenshots show fictitious sample data.
