AI Nota

AI NOTA is the fastest way from speech to structured output.
Record your voice, upload a file or take a photo of a text – and let the AI transform it into exactly the document you need. A meeting minutes. A journal. A quote basis. A summary. All without you having to type a single line.
Here's how it works:

Press Record or Upload file
Select a pipeline – e.g. Meeting minutes, Journal or Inspection → quote basis
The AI processes your input and returns a structured result
See the result directly in the app – or open it in NEXUS for further processing

For those of you who work out in the field

AI NOTA is built for those who don't sit at a desk. The craftsman on an inspection. The consultant after a meeting. The therapist who wants their journal ready before the next patient. You speak – the app delivers.
