Coachway gives you direct access to the training plan your coach designed for you. Every workout is structured, clear, and easy to follow.

Open the app and see exactly what to do. Exercises, sets, reps, and rest are defined so you can focus on training, not instructions.

As you complete sessions, your progress is recorded and shared automatically with your coach. This helps your program stay aligned with how you actually train over time.

Optionally connect Health Connect to bring your runs, walks, hikes, rides, and other workouts into Coachway automatically — so your coach can see the full picture of how you train, not just what you log by hand. When connected, Coachway shows you:

• Daily step count on your Home screen
• Distance, heart rate, calories burned, and elevation gained for each synced workout
• A unified history that combines your coach-assigned sessions with the activities you do on your own

You stay in control. Each Health Connect data type is requested individually, only when you choose to enable activity sync, and can be revoked at any time from Health Connect settings.
