The app is ugly and dysfunctional, it randomly stops working for all devices.

The app is unstable, and requires one to re-enter card information that's already saved because otherwise it won't let you use a washing machine. It now gives me a "device not supported" error on a modern Android device (2019 Huawei), despite starting just fine last week. Complete trash, but my only option where I live.
