FlexSmart

FlexSmart app is a pill rememberer, beyond the usual. FlexSmart automatically retrieves your medical card from the municipality's record system and you are thereby ensured that it is always up to date. FlexSmart gives more freedom and independence, helps to remember to take your medicine.

In order to be able to use FlexSmart, it is required that your municipality offers the solution and assigns you a license before FlexSmart can be used, talk to with your contact person at the municipality for more information.

FlexSmart is connected to the Flexsuite platform, which is the same platform that is used if you have a MedimiSmart pill dispenser/robot.

The Flex platform is where connection to the EHR/EOJ takes place (patient record) and where the citizen's medicine card is read from.

FlexSmart is a reminder app, Flexsuite is where receipts, alarm handling, monitoring etc. Handled.

You can e.g. purchase additional services where the supplier makes sure that medication taken is acknowledged, where the citizen is called if the dose is not taken/acknowledged. Alarms and events can also be sent to a 3-party alarm system, such as Skyresponse, SignNl4 and other apps or as SMS messages, alarms for email etc.
