Features & Capabilities

Tired of always spamming and being spammed with the automated ping on reply by default from Discord? This very simple add-on allows you to invert the default behavior on a single slider click: it will not ping per default and allow you to click the (@) to force a ping when necessary.

Privacy: Everything is done locally in your browser. No request sent, no data collected. Code is available on Github and under 100 lines for anyone to review.

AI awareness: This add-on has been co-developed with Claude Code. I have dev experience and have performed manual testing and code review before publication. Code is available on Github and under 100 lines for anyone to review.

Is Discord Reply No-Ping Safe?

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
