Summary
With the 3CX extension you can manage your office calls directly from your browser. No matter which window or tab you’re working on, the extension will notify you of an incoming call. Should you need to transfer a call you can check the status of your colleagues before transferring the call to them.
Additionally, the extension works flawlessly with your CRM. Incoming caller IDs are matched against the database and call history is also logged.
Important read: This extension is only for use with 3CX V16 and is not a standalone extension.
