| 2024-10-28 |  | | en | I have been trying for hours to setup the proctor exams but its very frustrating and when i emailed the team no response from them either. It is very complicated as everything has been done according to the instructions but the chrome is failing to recognise it has been installed, which leaves me not being able to sit the exam for the second time which is none of my fault. I think this is not fair after giving me the date to sit the exams plus no one called to check once the time to do the exams was up. Very disappointing, i would have given no stars at all if that was an option. |
