2026-07-03	Fi*****		HELPS SOOO MUCH WITH MY CONSTANT HABIT OF CHECKING MESSAGES ONCE AN ASSIGNMENT MAKES ME FEEL CHALLENGED, etc for other distractions. I realize now the pattern of compulsive self-induced distraction and was able to finally save classes I almost failed out of and get As!!!
