Zenie Organizador

The Zenie Organizer app is the control and monitoring tool for events produced through the Zenie platform. It allows you to keep everything under control at all times. Zenie puts operational control in your pocket.

You move. Your event does too. Here you can track all relevant numbers in a complete dashboard, access registrant data, and perform check-in on the big day. The dashboard shows confirmed attendees, completed check-ins, revenue, and average ticket price, as well as a daily sales breakdown. In the Registrants tab, you have access to all registrants and their data: Email, Phone, Ticket, Code, Status, RSVP, Registration Date, and Current Occupancy. From there, you can go directly to a WhatsApp conversation with any registrant. In Check-In, you can quickly register attendees, either using the QR code created in Zenie's Ticketing system or by searching for the registrant's name. In the Profile tab, you can change your avatar, password, username, or event.
