CMDS Digital Employee

CMDS Employees is the self-service mobile application for employees within the CMDS Digital ecosystem. It's designed for those who already have a corporate account: it allows them to record their work hours, view their attendance history, and maintain their professional profile from their phone, with a clear and user-friendly experience.

Check-in and Check-out
Easily clock in and out. The workflow is designed to integrate with your organization's policies and can be supported by biometric device verification when available, ensuring that the person recording their attendance is the account holder.

Context and Traceability
Attendance actions can be accompanied by location data and device identifier when required by the company for auditing and compliance purposes, always in accordance with your organization's HR service configuration.

Your Day at a Glance
View the current day's log, review your transaction history, and use the summary to understand your recent status at a glance (e.g., attendance, tardiness, and absences as reported by your company). This reduces uncertainty about schedules and records without relying on a desktop computer.

Work Schedule
View your assigned work schedule (clock-in, clock-out, and any applicable grace periods) to align your records with your company's policies.

Employee Profile
Keep your profile information up-to-date and, when enabled by your organization, manage elements such as your profile picture directly from the app.

Secure Access and Invitations
Log in with your corporate credentials. If you receive an email invitation, the account confirmation process guides you through activating access smoothly and seamlessly, integrated with the HR service.

Design and Usability
A modern interface, adaptable to different screen sizes and designed for frequent use, with minimal steps between the most common actions (checking status, clocking in or out, and reviewing history).

CMDS Employees is not a standalone service: it operates using your company's existing CMDS Digital infrastructure and licensing. If you don't have a user or company account configured, please contact your organization's Human Resources or IT department.

Privacy and Data
The processing of personal and location data depends on your employer's policies and the agreement with CMDS Digital. Use the app only on devices authorized by your company and keep your session secure.
