Alpha Treino

Alpha Fitness is the app for students of gyms that use the Alpha platform. Log in with the email registered at your gym and have your daily workout, class schedule, QR code entry, and progress track at your fingertips.

Workout with set-by-set recording
Open the workout plan prescribed by your instructor and execute each block, recording weight, repetitions, time, or distance as measured for each exercise. The rest timer alerts you when it's time to return, and each exercise includes images and execution instructions.

Works offline
The locker room has poor signal, and the basement has none. The workout runs offline from beginning to end: what you record is saved on the device and uploads automatically when the connection returns.

Classes and reservations
View your gym's schedule day by day, reserve your spot, join the waiting list when the class is full, and cancel when needed. If your plan is a class package, your balance and usage statement are visible before each reservation.

QR Code Entry
Generate the code when passing through the turnstile. It's valid for a few minutes and can only be used once.

Your progress, without a spreadsheet
Frequency calendar, distribution of sets by muscle group, load progression per exercise, and graphs of your physical assessments (body composition, circumferences, and skinfolds).

Plan and charges
Check your current plan, the contracted conditions, validity, and any outstanding charges.

More than one gym
If you train at more than one gym on the platform, or at more than one unit of the same network, switch contexts without leaving the app.

Who can use it
Access is created by your gym. There is no registration through the app: if you haven't received an email invitation yet, contact reception.
