2026-07-11	B *****	I've been using this app since it was Digit. this year it stopped withdrawals and keeps sending me texts of the same bank account balance from a few months ago. I have reached out, re-entered my bank info, and still the same thing. The app is updated already, automatically as of yesterday. Very unhappy with this along with the removal of the RothIRA option. I may try a few other things to reconnect my bank account that I never disconnected, but I'm also considering other apps/canceling oportun.

2026-06-24	Ka*****	App used to be good. However, now I can't get into my account at all and customer service is not helpful and just sends the same robotic email over and over. This app is still taking money out of my accounts and I have no way to access the money they are taking. Do not download this app it is a scam now and you will lose money.

2026-06-24	Da*****	There's something sneaky and weird about the people that are involved. I don't know who they are but if you speak to them you'll definitely see what I mean. Please speak to them BEFORE giving personal information! Once you talk to them... you'll see.

App is not great. when I try to withdraw and I type in the numbers it leaves digits off that I can't see. when I go to save goal, I can't complete it anymore because the confirmation is below the screen and I can't scroll so I can't save any more new goals. the app used to be very easy to use and then since it switched companies it's been pretty bad. might have to think about a new one.
