2026-08-12	ji*****	Google told me they offer loans. Downloaded the app and instantly tricked into a monthly fee. Afterwords i was unable to find ANYTHING about loans. Only savings. When trying to unsubscribe it brings up multiple trick screens to trap you.UPDATE 8-12 TODAY $19.09 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND DEPOSITED INTO THEIR RAINY DAY FUND. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND OVERDRAFTED MY ACCOUNT

2026-07-27	Ro*****	app misrepresents itself as a loan company or a company that can be a lender it does not lend it keeps track of spending and it charges a monthly fee to do so. in fact it asked you to connect it wants you to connect any loan to it so it can track it as well as make withdrawals from it...scam at its best...they don't offer anything

2026-07-27	Ge*****	I've had and loved this app for a long time. however, it is not as easy or intuitive as it used to be. I do NOT like large withdrawals once per week. the whole point of this app is to have mini withdrawals daily. twice now, my bank account has overdrawn because of $400-$500 withdrawal. I do not make a salary so this is devastating. there is no customer support or personal settings. this savings account doesn't work if i have no money!!

2026-07-11	B *****	I've been using this app since it was Digit. this year it stopped withdrawals and keeps sending me texts of the same bank account balance from a few months ago. I have reached out, re-entered my bank info, and still the same thing. The app is updated already, automatically as of yesterday. Very unhappy with this along with the removal of the RothIRA option. I may try a few other things to reconnect my bank account that I never disconnected, but I'm also considering other apps/canceling oportun.
