Exercising is even more fun with our FITHIT app. Free to use for all our members!

With the FITHIT app, you can:
• View FITHIT class schedules and opening hours
• Book or cancel classes yourself
• View your class history
• View your invoices
• Enter your weight and other statistics and track your progress

NOTE: There are two types of classes:
Exercise With Oxygen Therapy = cycling with oxygen.
FITHIT = 45 minutes per class to exercise on our Innerva equipment.
You can check or uncheck a class schedule. Both types of classes require separate credits. EWOT requires a separate 10-class card.

The app also contains exercises to do at home. You can:
• View clear 3D demonstrations of additional home exercises (over 2,000 exercises included!)
• Use numerous ready-made home workout programs
• Create your own home workout programs
• Earn over 150 progress medals
Choose the workout program that suits you and start with your ideal workout: at FITHIT or at home. This app will give you the motivation you need!

Upgrade to the PRO version in consultation with 'Susanne - Transformational Coach' and get even more extras! You can also track your nutrition in the app and optionally follow a nutrition plan. Susanne can coach you to become 'the best version of yourself' if you'd like. Topics that can be covered include: your life history, nutrition, exercise, behavior, stress, breathing, relaxation, and sleep. Ask Susanne about the options!

You can sync this app with the Apple Health app. When you enable this connection, your workouts in the Health app will automatically be added to your activity calendar.
