Note that Firefox doesn't seem to have the same issue as Chrome; so in Firefox the improvement is barely noticeable.

Not working

Finally an extension that actually makes difference. On switching to full screen lag reduced from 3 secs to 1 sec. But when i go back from Full to normal window it still takes 2-3 seconds. Anyway, Thanks for your efforts.
