Summary
Rough notes helps user to avoid opening notepad over and over again for typing/ pasting some rough data. It also helps user to get rid of the annoying untitled files when working on some rough text. You can type your rough notes between browser tabs...save it and then download it if needed with a proper date wise file names and not an annoying untitled.txt file names.
