PEGFALL is a one-thumb arcade roguelite: drop balls down a peg-filled shaft, chain multipliers into screen-shaking FEVER, and build a deck of physics-bending balls as you fall deeper. Every floor raises the target. Every third floor, a boss is waiting — and they hold grudges.

24 balls with real physics personalities: bombs that level the board, lightning that arcs to the pegs around it, a balloon that stops falling and floats back UP through the field, a Midas ball that turns pegs to gold, snowballs that compound with every hit, phantoms that phase straight through. Draft them, trim them, combo them.

BOSSES WITH GRUDGES
17 bosses run the machine's floors — shield-wallers, wind-blowers, peg-shufflers, multiplier-leeches, and worse: pegs that vanish as you look at them, detonate on contact, or drag your ball into a gravity well. Beat the machine on floor 15 and it REMEMBERS: every victory unlocks a meaner MACHINE LEVEL with new resentful dialogue and wild run modifiers.

39 relics stack into run-defining engines — carry your multiplier into the next drop instead of losing it, respawn the first ball to fall out, print coins off every gold peg you touch. The right three together break the machine in half.
