e-Stock Manager is a android app for remote managing of your product stock in all of yours e-commerces. With e-Stock Manager app you can easily update stock quantity, receive information about new orders check current product data.
Our app is suitable for small retailers and for wholesale business. You can control multiple online stores in a single application.

Simple UI & UX
The main goal of the app is to provide you with the easiest and fast tool for remote stock control for your e-commerce. The application is very easy to use. Complete integration with online shop takes about 30 minutes.

Product Quantity Control
With our application you can manage your product stock & inventory in a easy way. Choose in/out transaction and search or scan product barcode, then enter the value of quantity transaction and this is it. App will send the new information to your online shop and there will be actual information about product inventory right at the same moment.

Barcode
Scan a barcode to find easily product information or quickly edit a quantity. If your products don't have a barcodes, you can add it directly from the app.

Quick Product Searching
This app gives you a product search functionality in real time. You can search by SKU, product name or by scanning barcode, as result you will receive list of product.

New Order Notify
App will inform you for each new received order. List of last orders is available at any time.

Data Security
We don't save data in your device. You edit or receive products and orders information directly from e-commerce by controlled from us API access.

Q: Is the application online or offline?
A: Application is online. We do not store any e-commerce data on your phone. You manage products directly in your e-commerce by using our e-Stock Manager integration in your online shop.

Q: How to login?
A: You need to register in e-Stock Manager (web platform https://estockmanager.com). After completing registration you can login in app with the same login information. If you need to give access to other employees, just add them to your account in e-Stock Manager (web platform https://estockmanager.com).

Q: Are my e-commerce login data expose anywhere in e-Stock Manager?
A: No, we do not use any e-commerce login data. Communication with your online shop is made by registration in e-Stock Manager web platform and API Key, which is not public information.

Q: How to connect mobile app with my online store?
A: You need to complete integration of e-Stock Manager. Here you can find instruction for this procedure. It takes about 30 minutes:
