RouterCut is CNC router CAM without the complexity. It gives serious hobbyists and small workshops a fast path from vector artwork to simulated, machine-ready toolpaths.

DESIGN AND CONFIGURE

• Import SVG artwork or begin with built-in shapes
• Create profile, pocket, V-carve, prism-carve, and matched-inlay operations
• Configure material size, cutter geometry, cutting depth, feeds, spindle speed, tabs, and lead-ins
• Use multiple pocket-clearing strategies, ramp and helix entry, finishing allowances, spring passes, and rest machining

PREVIEW BEFORE CUTTING

• Inspect generated toolpaths visually
• Simulate material removal before running the job
• Review cutting moves, rapid moves, plunge moves, and machining estimates
• Adjust any operation and regenerate without starting over

GENERATE CONTROLLER-READY G-CODE

• Post-process for GRBL, Marlin, LinuxCNC, Mach3, and Fanuc-style controllers
• Validate programs for invalid feeds, unsafe depths, non-finite coordinates, and other dangerous conditions
• Connect to compatible CNC controllers, jog the machine, and stream validated jobs
• Use conservative startup, retract, spindle, coolant, and shutdown sequencing

ROUTERCUT FREE AND PRO

RouterCut Free lets you configure, generate, and simulate every operation. Supported basic jobs can also be viewed, exported, and sent to compatible machines.

An optional perpetual RouterCut Pro purchase unlocks advanced-job G-code output, advanced post-processors, interrupted-job restart and recovery, and commercial use.

LOCAL-FIRST PROJECTS

Your SVG files, project geometry, toolpaths, G-code, machine coordinates, controller addresses, and machine commands remain local. An account is only required to purchase, restore, or manage RouterCut Pro.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

CNC machines and cutting tools can cause injury or property damage. Always verify tooling, work coordinates, material setup, controller limits, feeds, spindle settings, and generated toolpaths. Perform a dry run or air cut before cutting material, and never leave an operating machine unattended.
