Lockpic

Lockpic is an encrypted photo and video vault for Android. Your files stay on your device in the app's private storage unless you choose to export them.

There is no Lockpic account, cloud vault, advertising or app analytics. The app does not request internet permission. Import photos and videos with Android's system picker, then view and play them inside the encrypted vault.

Each vault is opened with its own 5 x 5 pattern. You can enable biometric unlock after setup. Lockpic encrypts media, thumbnails and vault metadata at rest.

Backups and recovery stay under your control. Create and verify a portable encrypted backup, then store the backup file and recovery phrase separately. Lockpic has no server-held recovery key, so the developer cannot restore a lost pattern, phrase or backup.

The free version stores up to 25 photos or videos per vault. A one-time Lockpic Pro purchase removes that item limit and unlocks albums. Existing content remains viewable and exportable even without Pro.

Before relying on Lockpic, create an encrypted backup, verify it and keep the recovery phrase somewhere safe. Losing the required recovery material can make a vault permanently inaccessible.
