2026-09-05	Ka*****	fix your app...!!! copying files via OTG pen drive is not reliable at all.. tried multiple times.. the transfer percentage is not being shown so you will never know the progress. That's still fine, the frustration point is it fails copying last few MBs of the file, so essentially you have to copy complete file again, then again if you are in luck, which I am not, i have to use my laptop to copy my file to the pendrive

I clicked on the free subscription (5 days left) pop-up on the 23rd of August, then I noticed I was charged a certain amount, I didn't have the complete amount in my account and they collected what I had. When I noticed that, I immediately cancelled the subscription and thought that was the end of it. After the free period had elapsed, this app tried to collect the remaining money from my account. Why? It was a free subscription and I cancelled.

2026-08-19	Ju*****	Feeling scamed. I purchased because the feature set listed media casting. There was no apparent option to cast from the app itself. I try to initiate a help/support message through the app, the form validation requires my email but the field is disabled. SMB share connection drops constantly compared to other apps that offer similar features. Now I need to figure out how to go about getting a refund.
