Mahj League: Mahjong groups

Mahj League runs the admin of your mah jongg group, so you can get back to playing. It's the league app for American mahjong groups that meet every week or every month.

It's a mahjong scorekeeper and group planner in one, made for the organizer: the one who sends the group text, remembers who's coming, works out who sits where and keeps the scores. Your players join free with a code or a link.

This isn't a mahjong game to play on your phone. It's for the real game, with real tiles, at a real table.

Plan every game in one place
• Set a weekly or monthly schedule once, and the next games appear on their own.
• Everyone answers in or out, right from the notification.
• Set a limit and the waitlist runs itself. When someone drops out, the next person is in and hears about it.
• See at a glance who hasn't answered yet.

Tables that mix everyone up
• Seating spreads out who has already played together this season, so nobody spends a year at the same table.
• Keep two people apart or together, and pin the host to her own table.
• Move anyone by hand and see how fair the tables came out.

Score at the table, even with no signal
• A hand takes four taps: who won, what it was worth, who threw it, done.
• Anyone at the table can enter hands, and everything syncs when you're back online.
• If two people enter the same hand, it counts once. If they disagree, the app holds that hand and asks an organizer, instead of quietly getting the total wrong.
• Fix a mistake any time. Nothing is ever lost, so you can always answer "why does my total say 340?"

Standings worth opening between games
• Season standings and mahjong stats for every player.
• A result card to share in the group chat.

Everyone counts, even without the app
• Add players by name. They're seated, scored and ranked like everyone else.
• If they join later, their history comes with them.

Dues without the chasing
• Add your Venmo or Cash App, or say you take cash. Players pay you directly, and you can see who's paid. No money goes through Mahj League.

Your house rules
• Doubling for the discarder, self-picks and jokerless are all settings, so the scores match how your table plays.

Easy to get in
• Sign in with Google or an email address.
• Your group can use Android phones and iPhones together.
• Organizers can also run the league from a laptop in the web app.

Free and Pro
Free is one league with up to eight players and a season that runs as long as you like. It's the whole app, not a trial.

Mahj League Pro is for bigger groups: more players, more leagues and more seasons. It's $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and only the league's owner pays. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
