Jebang Pass is a learning app that focuses not simply on solving many problems, but on reviewing right before you forget, based on cognitive science. [Exam Information]
Due to the 2020 NCS reform, the Baking Technician Written Exam is administered as a single subject covering bread ingredients, manufacturing, and hygiene management.
60 questions / 60 minutes; a score of 60 points (36 questions) or higher is required to pass; there is no failing grade for individual subjects.
Since it operates as a year-round CBT, you can take the exam on any date you prefer.

[Content Guide]
Baking Pass does not include past exam questions. This is because the written exam for the Baking Technician certification is conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT), so actual exam questions are not publicly disclosed. Furthermore, since the copyright for past exam questions belongs to the administering body, copying and pasting them verbatim is not permitted. Instead, we have analyzed the National Competency Standards (NCS) criteria and created study questions tailored to the format and difficulty level of the actual exam. The questions are composed of core question types with a high probability of appearing on the exam, and we do not restore or reproduce past exam questions.
