ID7 Launcher - for your car

The launcher is the way you interact with your car headunit. If it fails, you are unable to enjoy your car and its features. We decided to craft a modern and highly customisable launcher so that you can do just that: enjoy your car.

Note: This app was designed for 24:9 KSW android headunits. Other devices are supported but may provide a subpar experience.
The app requires an active internet connection for some of its functionality.

With many themes to choose from you can easily match the launcher with your interior or original infotainment.

You can modify your homescreen & customise almost every button. With the ability to change images, titles, and icons- the possibilities are endless. We even made sure you can share your layout with your friends from inside the launcher!

● Seamless car integration:
On supported KSW headunits the launcher interfaces directly with core services to allow extended functionality. This allows you to switch to your original infotainment and even display data such as fuel economy inside the launcher.

● Supports physical controllers:
The extremely high attention to detail in UX design guarantees a robust experience not only through touch, but also when using your original infotainment controller or d-pad.

Permissions
This app uses two optional permissions:
● Foreground location:
A few features of the app, such as the map and weather tile, require access to your current location. This information is never shared or stored in an personally identifiable way.
● Notification access:
To show your currently playing media inside the launcher, access to your notifications is required. The launcher will prompt you for this when you first install it.
