DetoxHero flips screen‑time on its head. Every minute you spend off your phone earns XP for your hero. Stay off social media, take a walk, live your real life — and watch a Warrior, Mage, or Hunter grow stronger because of it. It’s the only RPG you level up by playing it less.

• Time away from your screen becomes XP — a full off‑phone day is worth roughly a level.
• Time on social apps costs you, so your worst habits hit the hardest.
• Your progress is measured against your own 30‑day average — improve from where you are.
• Walking earns a bonus. Your steps make your hero stronger.

• Choose your class — Warrior, Mage, or Hunter — and level up as you cut down screen time.
• Spend points to shape your stats, equip loot, and upgrade gear at the Forge.
• Send your hero into an endless dungeon tower for one auto‑battle a day. Win, climb, and chase rarer loot.

• Daily quests and lifetime feats reward real progress.
• Build a streak — and protect it with shields.
• Start a Focus session to stay off your phone for a set time.
• Name your “nemesis” app and turn your biggest time‑sink into a monster to beat.

DetoxHero is 100% offline. No accounts, no servers, no tracking, no analytics. Your usage data stays on your device — full stop. An app about reclaiming your attention has no business selling it.

An attention‑economy ad inside a screen‑time app would be a contradiction. So there are none. DetoxHero is free to play, with an optional one‑time unlock for those who want to support development.

A note on permissions
To measure your off‑screen time, DetoxHero needs usage‑access — a permission you grant once in Settings during setup. Step tracking is optional. Everything is read on‑device only.
