2020-12-01	Ma*****	Do not buy this brick. It's almost impossible to get a print started, the pen correctly installed and even something as simple as pausing a print will crash the device. The system reset button has been pushed so often that it has collapsed inside the chassis. Total number of successful prints? 4.

I was worried the markers wouldn't wash off but they come off so easily, Ive done 5 different ones already, if youre having problems with this product how do you even survive normal everyday life? This is the best product and the app has been working flawlessly. 5 stars 10/10

2020-07-03	Ch*****	The app and accompanying product is horrible. First understand if you are buying this it doesn't work. There is no technical support and the hardware with the app is equally worthless. App won't connect to hardware for any length of time. Pictures drawing is started and stopped randomly, the marker doesn't lift from the surface so if it moves to another point it will draw a line to that point. Bottom line is you will never get a drawing to complete. You won't get any customer support and they will fight to give any money back. Buyer be warned.

2020-02-04	A *****	Unit doesnt work for sh**, 9 out of 10 times it doesnt connect and has to be removed from your account and then reinstalled to work at all. If you insert the factory shipped makers to the line as specified, they never touch the surface. Cool idea. But i wasted 600 dollars on this thing. Completely wasted. 600 hundred bucks is a lot of money to throw at something that does not work perfectly much less at all.
