What is OctoTicket?

OctoTicket is a Chrome extension that enables you to easily generate Asana ticket numbers. By configuring your team and prefix in the settings, you can press Ctrl-Space while writing a ticket name description to generate a ticket number with your chosen prefix. Get the source code on GitHub.

This extension will allow you to generate asana ticket numbers. You can do so by configuring your team and the prefix in the settings. Asana does not currently have this logic built in.
