Recent reviews

Initially it was great but there have been issues increasing every time I order. Missing items, missing entire orders etc. The latest issue is the order hasn't even been delivered despite choosing next day delivery. Zooplus don't know where it is and told me(the customer) to chase up rhe delivery partner. Today asking for a refund has been met with radio silence. I'll try not shopping with them from now on.
