MS Counseling offers you the opportunity to get in touch with specialists from the German Multiple Sclerosis Society (DMSG) quickly, easily and from anywhere for social counseling or counseling for those affected.
In social counseling, socio-educational or psychological specialists with a focus on multiple sclerosis will advise you. In the counseling service for those affected, you will be advised by people who themselves have multiple sclerosis or are chronically ill and who have been specially trained to provide advice.
The app shows you an overview of all social counselors and counselors for those affected who are currently online and available for a chat. To start a chat, simply select an advisor from the list.
If there are no consultants online at the moment, you can switch to the team overview, in which all our consultants are listed, and leave a message to the desired contact person. If the "Push notification" option is activated, the app will inform you as soon as the contact person has answered you.
The counselors are available to answer any questions that new sufferers and long-term patients ask themselves, for example: How do I deal with the diagnosis of MS? How do I cope with my everyday life with MS? Where can I find specialist help? What financial help can I claim? What support options are there and where can I find them? Who can help me with applications and objections? How do I behave towards my employer and my environment?
The advisors from the following DMSG state associations are involved in the app: Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony and Thuringia.
