• Detects the 14 main allergens that must be declared by law: gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfites, lupin, and crustaceans and mollusks.

• Add your own allergens – for anything not included in list 14 (e.g., histamine or certain additives).

• Adjust sensitivity for each allergen: Should even traces be considered unsafe (strict), or only if the ingredient is actually present?

• Consider "free from" labels: Do you tolerate lactose-free or gluten-free products? Then SafeBite will consider them safe for you.
