Forgot your card? No problem! With the digital replacement certificate, you're covered even without your electronic health card (eGK) when visiting the doctor.

With its fresh design and smart user interface, the app guides you securely through your health care journey – anytime, anywhere.

Security, registration, and usage:

• Electronic health card (eGK) with PIN: Identify yourself with your NFC-enabled eGK and the corresponding PIN.

• PostIdent: Identify yourself in person at a Deutsche Post branch.

• Activation code: Identify yourself in person at our branch office.
