Since January 1st, 2021, the practical driving license test has been standardized nationwide and digitally standardized. VVR-eLBe ("electronic learning level assessment") facilitates the success-oriented learner driver training through a structured and effective electronic training protocol that complies with national testing standards.

Effective learning progress documentation
The more similar the test setting is simulated in practical training, the better your learner drivers are prepared - with VVR-elBe you have an overview of the level of training of your students at any time and anywhere and can give you the best possible feedback. A clear and intuitive display allows you to use it easily in the car.

Together for a successful exam
VVR-eLBe integrates a modern educational concept that not only enables driving instructors to evaluate, but also allows students to assess themselves - because mutual success can only be achieved if everyone is convinced of your abilities.
The joint assessment of skills takes place via an intuitive emoji system in four stages - each assessment can be updated so that progress and previous results can be viewed at any time!
The individual competence areas are divided according to the electronic examination protocol and the training sequence:
1. Basic training
2. Driving tasks and basic driving tasks
3. Special training trips
4. Examination maturity determination

Each of the individual chapters covers the basic skills of traffic observation, vehicle positioning, speed adjustment, communication and vehicle operation as well as environmentally conscious driving.
Each exercise can be documented in the individual competence areas and each area can be re-evaluated individually over and over again. Each subject area can be assessed several times by the driving instructor and learner driver.

Use VVR-eLBe as an integrated tool with the VVR Phoenix administration program and minimize your workload - all Phoenix students that have already been created are automatically integrated into VVR-eLBe - multiple creation is not necessary. You can conveniently print out all the necessary documents and eLBe assessments.
