Recent reviews

Possibly the worst app I've used. To echo what others have already, TUI have pushed guests to use this app however every step of the user experience is terrible, especially when on holiday which can be a stressful time with young children. Whoever has designed the app needs to give up the day job. Unable to find our hotel, it crashes frequently, registration process tinged with disaster, if you can sign in you then need to get your booking details from the other TUI app (why??!) etc etc
