Werkerly – Handwerkssoftware

Werkerly is the management solution for small craft businesses—from quotes to invoices, for the office and the construction site.

Your evenings belong to you, not to paperwork. Times, material consumption, photos, and site reports are all recorded where the work is done. When the crew finishes work, the day's events are recorded—and the invoice is just a click away.

FOR THE FITTER

• Time tracking with stopwatch or manually entered, including breaks

• Daily checklist: Check off tasks, record materials, attach photos

• Site reports and measurements taken directly at the customer's location, with signature

• Photograph receipts — amount, date, and supplier are automatically extracted

• Works even in areas with no mobile network: Captured data is sent as soon as a connection is available

FOR THE BOSS

• Create and send quotes, track acceptance

• Invoices including e-invoices: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD

• Dunning levels, incoming payments, and outstanding balances at a glance

• Timesheets and reports per customer, project, or employee

• Scheduling: Who's where tomorrow?

• Expenses, receipts, and documents in one place

• DATEV and GoBD export for your tax advisor, with optional dedicated access

PROPERLY MANAGED

Receipts are permanently recorded, and every change is logged —
in accordance with the principles of proper accounting (GoBD). Small businesses according to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) are eligible: VAT is not shown at all.
