2022-09-08	Vi*****	The old app wasn't a high-end stuff, but it was working. Here I was struggling to buy the ticket every time I try. The button doesn't react sometimes, I have to re-login all the time. It's is especially annoying, when there is not much time left to buy the ticket. I had to switch to DB app.

2022-01-13	Ha*****	Warum ist das Timeout der Login Sessions so kurz bzw. warum laufen sie überhaupt ab? Der Kauf muss ja sowieso noch einmal mit einer Pin autorisiert werden. Es gibt wohl keine schlechtere UX, wie den Fall, dass man sich vor der Abfahrt des Zuges noch schnell ein Ticket kaufen will und man sich vorher immer, immer wieder neu mit Email und PW authentifizieren muss. Da bin ich am Automaten wirklich schneller. Edit weil so eben passiert: Logout in der Sekunde der Fahrkartenkontrolle - super nervig!
