The TIMENSION App is the mobile complement to your TIMENSION software account: inform, manage, and edit to simplify time-consuming routine tasks.

Access your company's TIMENSION software anytime, anywhere, from your mobile device. Process requests or log business trips without having to enter information manually upon returning to the office. From anywhere in the world, submit, process, and approve requests for vacation, business trips, flextime, etc., using the TIMENSION App. Coordinate with colleagues, log your clock-in/clock-out times, breaks, and business trips, keep track of your time with timesheets, and access information in the planning board or employee file.

Authorized employees receive quick access to relevant information via their account, accelerating data flow within your company. Efficient, timely, and detailed information is readily available, ensuring that every user can access their specific content anytime, anywhere.

- Time sheet: The time sheet provides you with a personalized overview of your booked and billed hours for a selected period.

- Scheduling board: The scheduling board is an invaluable tool, allowing you to coordinate requests with colleagues and gain a comprehensive overview of all employees' attendance and absences. This excellent overview shows at a glance who is on vacation, flex time, or on a business trip. It also displays the calculation of remaining vacation days, flex time, and overtime. All data is automatically posted to TIMENSION's employee time management system.

- Employee file: The employee file is also very useful as a central information and processing tool, providing you with a year-round overview for each employee. At a glance, you can see all vacation, training, public holiday, and other absences within a year.

All content is user-group dependent and can be individually unlocked, allowing each employee access to precisely the information and applications they are authorized to use. Individual profiles define exactly who receives which information and who can make entries and changes. Increased productivity is achieved through faster coordination and optimized communication channels.

To use the app, integration of the TIMENSION software with an account on your company server is required.
