Ticket Center

With Ticket Center, authorized users can quickly forward technical issues and support requests to the appropriate team.

The app is the mobile extension of the Ticket Center server system. To use it, a valid server address, an authorized email address, and device authorization by the responsible administrator are required. The app cannot be used without a connected Ticket Center system.

Depending on the permissions granted by the operator, users can view their own or other shared tickets, create new tickets, add photos, and track the current processing status.

Ticket and device data are processed on the server specified by the respective operator. Push notifications may be delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Further information can be found in the privacy policy linked in the app and the Google Play listing.
