TEK-Training-App

This app is aimed at people who are taking part in or have taken part in TEK training (according to Prof. Dr. M. Berking) and who want to train their emotional skills intensively.

For this purpose, the TEK training app provides audio exercise instructions for the TEK sequence and the so-called TEK tiny tasks.

The app also offers you the opportunity to create your own training plan so that you receive invitations to the TEK Tiny Tasks at times of your choosing.
