tagea is the central digital platform for communication, information, and collaboration within the Caritas Association Geldern Kevelaer e. V. It connects staff and the people supported by the association's services and programs in one place – simply, securely, and, if desired, even on the go.

Who is the app for?

tagea is for everyone who interacts with the association's facilities and services:

Staff – regardless of location, role, or work schedule, whether in facilities, services, and teams with mobile or hands-on work, or in administration, management, and staff positions.

Clients and those receiving support – who can use the app to access information, schedule appointments and services, and securely connect with their contacts.

This creates a shared platform that facilitates communication between all involved.

tagea consolidates key communication and organizational functions in one place, replacing fragmented channels such as emails, printed materials, or notices.

Easy & Secure Access
Registration is conveniently done via a central login. User accounts are managed automatically, ensuring access remains current and secure. tagea is available as a mobile app (iOS & Android) and as a web version in your browser.

Data Protection & Security
tagea is operated in compliance with data protection regulations (KDG/GDPR). Role-based access control ensures that each user only sees the content intended for them. Use on private devices is voluntary and clearly regulated.
