Stizzle App

The StizzleApp is Stizzle's digital loyalty program for city centers, business associations, and brick-and-mortar retailers.

Within a defined area (geofencing), the app tracks user dwell time through event-based tracking (entry and exit events). The recorded dwell time is automatically converted into points.

Event-based tracking is only active while the app is open or running in the background. Users can activate or deactivate this function at any time within the app. Continuous location tracking within or outside the defined area does not occur.

Collected points can be redeemed directly in the StizzleApp for digital coupons. These coupons are provided by participating retailers and reward partners in the respective city center and can be redeemed for product samples, discounts, or other attractive benefits.

The goal of the StizzleApp is to encourage people to spend more time in city centers, strengthen brick-and-mortar businesses, and reward visitors for their time spent there. At the same time, participating cities receive only anonymized statistical analyses regarding the use of the loyalty program.

The protection of personal data is our highest priority.

Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

To provide these features, the app processes only the information required for the loyalty program. Participating cities and partners receive only anonymized, aggregated statistics that do not allow for the identification of individual users.

The following information is processed when using the app:

Time spent within defined areas.

Location of entry and exit events.

Number of completed quests.

Number of redeemed coupons.

Number of points earned.


The data is transmitted in encrypted form. Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time within the app.
