However, the app suffers from significant issues: frequent crashes, inability to update firmware, poor remote access beyond local networks, playback failures of recordings, problematic multiple camera management, missing or unreliable notifications, and a generally poor user interface experience including bad translations. These app problems have led to frustration and reduced usability despite the good physical product.

Recent reviews

At the very beginning, it was working perfectly fine. But now, I downloaded both apps to compare some things, and at version 1.0 it's showing Firmware updated is available, but Update button doesn't work, on the other side, version 2.0 doesn't show updates at all. And also, camera recordings are not working. At version 2.0 it shows we have records but it's unavailable to play, on the app 1.0 recordings is not found. Solutions?

Can't use this app anymore as being forced to upgrade to new firmware and app that don't work. I am going to have to buy a new camera light to replace a product that was broken by the manufacturer.
