WarteManager is a digital queue management system for waiting lists, check-in and calls. It is suitable for medical practices, public authorities, citizen service offices, service centres, workshops, hair and beauty salons, consulting services and many other places where customers, visitors or patients wait to be called.

With an Android tablet as the central device, WarteManager can be set up quickly and used right away. No additional server installation is required.

📱 Self check-in or control by your team

In self check-in mode, people take their own queue number on the tablet, optionally selecting a reason for their visit or checking in for an appointment.

In remote mode, your team conveniently manages the waiting list from the dashboard – for example at reception or the front desk. Queue numbers can be added, called, assigned to rooms or categories and completed.

📅 Appointments and QR code check-in

Reserved appointments can be created and managed in the dashboard. Visitors check in using a QR code or by entering a number – simplifying workflows and reducing questions at reception.

📲 Live status for people waiting

Using a QR code, people can follow their current status directly in their smartphone browser. Position, call status and other information are updated continuously – no additional app is required.

📺 Calls on TV and monitors

TVs, monitors, Android TV, Fire TV or a web browser can be used as a call display. In addition to queue numbers and rooms, you can also display your own notices, images and information.

🎨 Customisable to your organisation

Logo, colours, rooms, categories, texts and layouts can be configured individually. The template designer lets you adapt check-in, tickets and the TV display to your own visual identity.

The AI template assistant can also apply design changes from natural-language instructions – no programming knowledge required.

🤖 Help directly in the app

The WarteManager Assistant helps with setup and operation directly in the application and uses the WarteManager manual as its knowledge base.

Core operation runs directly on your own network. Waiting lists, calls, dashboard and TV display can operate locally; online features can be enabled or disabled as needed.
