📱 How it works
Install the app on an Android tablet and launch it. The tablet becomes your hub — either as a self check-in terminal or as the local server itself. PCs, smartphones, smart TVs, or Fire TV devices simply access the dashboard, TV display, and mobile ticket pages via browser on the same network. No additional app is required for visitors.

🧾 Self check-in & remote check-in
In self check-in mode, visitors draw their own number on the tablet, optionally selecting a reason, viewing a QR code, or printing a ticket. In remote check-in mode, staff issue numbers conveniently via the dashboard — for example at reception, at the front desk, or automatically via the GDT interface from practice management software (Premium).

📅 Appointments & QR code check-in
Reserved appointments can be created, edited, and checked in via the dashboard. Visitors with an appointment check in by QR code or by entering their number — reducing follow-up questions and easing the workload for staff.

📲 Live status for waiting visitors
Visitors can follow their position and call status directly in their smartphone browser — no app installation required, just a QR code scan from their ticket.

📺 Display on TV, monitor, or Fire TV
Calls, rooms, notices, and custom content displayed live on large screens — on smart TVs, Fire TV devices, or any browser on the local network.

🤖 AI support
The WarteManager Assistant answers setup and usage questions directly in the app, based on the official manual — available on the home screen and in the dashboard.

The AI Template Assistant in the Template Designer applies design changes directly from plain-language requests, e.g. "make the logo bigger and centered, lighten the background" — the result appears instantly in the editor, with no coding required.

Both features are free to use (with limits); Premium unlocks a significantly larger quota.
