This game is a challenge to say the least so if your progress somehow gets messed up that would be so disappointing. Well in my situation that's exactly what happened. So I emailed them and was quick to get a response within 24 hours. They looked into it and figured out what happened and fixed it. I couldn't believe how fast they were. My appreciation to Martin!
