Skymail Email & Cloud is the app for anyone who wants to manage emails, files, calendars and contacts conveniently on their smartphone.

Sign in with your existing Skymail account or create a new account directly in the app with your preferred email address and domain selection. Read, write and organize emails, access your cloud files on the go, manage contacts and keep track of your appointments – all in one app.

Email, cloud, calendar and contacts in one app

With Skymail, you stay organized wherever you are. Send and receive emails, manage folders, maintain your contacts, access files in your Skymail Cloud and manage calendars directly in the app.

Calendar directly in the app

Manage events and calendar groups conveniently in Skymail. You can also connect external calendars, including Google Calendar and CalDAV calendars.

Made for multiple Skymail accounts

If you use multiple Skymail addresses, you can switch between your accounts comfortably. New messages are shown for saved accounts as well, so you do not miss anything. Push notifications take you directly to the matching account.

External email accounts as beta

You can also connect external IMAP/SMTP mailboxes and manage them directly in the Skymail app. Setup templates are available for popular providers such as Gmail, Outlook, GMX, WEB.DE, emailn.de and firemail.de.

With external accounts, you can read, search, move, delete, reply to and send emails. Custom folders can also be created and managed.

Useful everyday features

Drafts are saved locally and remain available after switching apps or restarting. This prevents unfinished messages from being lost silently.

Account management has also been improved: password reset, password changes, account switching and adding additional Skymail accounts can be handled directly in the app.

More improvements

The app includes an improved dark mode, refreshed branding and optimized usability. Premium detection has also been improved, including ad-free usage and extended quotas depending on your selected package.

Note

A Skymail account is required to use the app. A new account can be registered directly in the app. Some features, such as extended quotas or ad-free usage, may require a premium package. External IMAP/SMTP accounts are currently available as a beta feature.
