At MaKE. we combine the best ingredients of the season and use them to create a new menu for our guests four times a year, appropriate to the season - always fresh and reliably delicious. Our team washes, cleans, cuts, dices, seasons and roasts whole vegetables, fruits and grains every day. Every dressing and sauce is homemade, without artificial additives and according to our own recipe. Quality, taste & sustainability are the drivers of our decisions.
