terrible costumer service. no way to talk with them on the phone in english. too small data plans. apparently i was i debt to them because their fault, i received no alert about it (even not on the app) in any way and then they moved the debt to another company that charged me extra for no reason! their costumer support didnt gave a damm about it and hanged the phone on me a couple of times! i would never recommend joining them based on all of this...

I was excited to try, but the lack of English support really frustrated me. Navigating the app became a challenge, especially with its overly whimsical UI design that made it hard to focus. The playful elements distracted from usability, and until add English support, I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly experience.

So far it's been a great experience. Silly branding, the service seems a little more consumer oriented than my previous provider. Having the cost saving roaming option is such a small detail but says a lot to me. Would recommend.

Very rude customer service, even when I pleaded to speak english, she bluntly refused. You should make it clear that your services are not meant for internationals but locals.

A widget in circle form with circular bar would be more modern. And the "verbleibend von" Text is cluttering and unnecessary. Translucent yellow circle form, 8 / 12 GB in the middle (everybody knows this means 8 GB verbleibend von 12 GB, plus it works in almost every language), and circular usage bar is simple and enough. The colors are brand enough, but if absolutely necessary for ego, a text under the 8 / 12 GB that says SIMon mobile... Right now it's rather bloated and not pretty 😬

Really Pathetic company, I was trying to complete a order with porting request, due to some error on Simon mobile's end the order didn't go through and was stuck on the summary page showing an error. Now they claim (without showing any success message or sending any confirmation email) that order is completed but I can't port the mentioned number and will need to provide alternate number. Don't know why they feel customer has 10 numbers and can provide different numbers for porting

By far the best carrier app I've ever used. Does exactly what it's supposed to do and nothing more, and you don't even have to use the app to control the SIM card.
