The shm CloudBox is a new component of the shm profit Handwerk office software. You can store any documents and images here, which are then automatically available to your mobile employees via the new shm CloudBox app.

They can also store pictures and other data in the shm CloudBox on the go. Service technicians and fitters can, for example, Exchange photos or service documents with the office. Of course GDPR-compliant and via a German data center.

Attach a QR code to a system. During the next maintenance, scan the QR code with your smartphone and you will automatically receive all the relevant data on the system and maintenance.

Functions:
- Access to the shm CloudServer
- Data can be PDF files, images, any files
- Retrieve / transfer data for an order or customer
- Call up / transfer data for a maintenance or system
- Retrieve / transfer general data without reference to an order or customer
- Manual entry of order no., Customer no., Plant no. Or maintenance no
- Scan the QR code with the order number, customer number, system number or maintenance number
- Take and transfer photos
