As part of the further development of the RatingenApp, the communication channel, the digital Ratinger shopping voucher and the RatingenCard will be added to other functions that accompany the customer on his customer journey and that are particularly available to Ratingen dealers, service providers and restaurateurs as an instrument to address customers, to win and bind.
Ratingen Marketing GmbH provides the Ratingen HändlerApp as software as a service to operate the new functions.
In addition to the already well-known management platform for their company portraits in the RatingenApp - the RatingenApp portal (https://portal.ratingen-app.de) - this is used by Ratingen-based companies as an instrument to use the new Execute and manage functions.
